The rate will depend on the dates you are staying, so please refer to the calendar for typical rates, and contact us for an exact quote for your dates. There is a $70 cleaning fee per stay, and a discount is available when you book directly (you can see our full calendar and rates on AirBnB or VRBO).
There is a comfortable queen bed along with a pull out sofa bed. One to three people would be comfortable here.
The kitchenette is equipped with an air fryer, hot plate, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans are provided.
It is a 10-minute walk to Nanaimo St Skytrain station which will get you downtown in about 15 minutes. There are three major bus routes within steps of the house that will take you to all parts of the city. Check Translink.ca for a complete transit map.
Free in-suite laundry is included.
There is free street parking in front and back of the house.
High speed internet is provided, along with a smart TV for watching YouTube, Netflix, etc. (cable TV is not provided)
There are many excellent restaurants within blocks that offer every kind of food, including fine dining. We provide a guide in the room, but are always happy to help navigate.
This is a non-smoking unit, and sorry, pets are not allowed. Check in is after 3:00 (we will give you a combination for the keyless door) and check out is 11:00. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM and parties are not allowed. The minimum stay is two nights.
